Vi si alternano tauromachie importate (alla spagnola) e autoctone, come la "corsa camarguese", più gioco che combattimento, il cui scopo è strappare gli "attributi" (una coccarda rossa e due ghiande di lana bianca) fissati sulla fronte del toro, non di ucciderlo
